Personality:

He's silent. That's all there is. He doesn't talk. He does, somehow communicate with his gang in his own way. However, there have been these incredibly rare instances where he has spoken.
-Aloof:
Cab tends to be quite emotionally distant and shoots down personal questions as soon as they come up. Even to most gang members, Cab stays detached from them.
-seemingly Dull:
He usually seems so uninterested in everything and he never really gives any strong emotional reactions. He looks like he doesn’t do anything, yet (most of) his fellow gang members still seem to enjoy hanging around him.
-Cold:
Having double-crossed many gems before, Cab will not hesitate to let a gem die if it means his own benefit. This also applies to his fellow gang members. If something ever happens, Cab will willingly abandon them if he hates them enough—and will feel no remorse later on.
Defensive+:
Despite leaving most of his relationships with other gems in the dust, there are a select few that he may attempt to protect if he can/wants to.
Playful+:
He makes witty remarks all of the time, cracks jokes every so often, and regularly enjoys humor. However, he can be dead serious, even if what he says sounds like a joke. Be mindful of that. Normally he’s quite cooperative and plays along with what goes on around him.
Relaxed/Calm+:
Even if they’re mayhem going on (and if nobody he absolutely cares about is in peril), he’s a very level-headed gem—unless his temper gets the best of him. If you do manage to push his buttons, he can get pissed pretty quickly.

Abilities:
>Able to telepathically communicate with gems. (He can sometimes this for offense by driving gems insane/brainwashing them. It could also be used to distract gems so he could shank them...)
>Can cause hallucinations (mostly blank-outs and static in a gem’s vision occur, some of which often cause headaches.)
>Uncontrollable telepathy. (He can hear anything and everything other gems are thinking in a certain 9 meter radius, except for a certain variation of tugtupite which can consciously block out certain thoughts from being read.)

Other:
He's got a sort of mafioso-like appearance. He wears a black coat and pants, with a white dress shirt.
Charlesite's his closest/best friend. Cab does help calm Charlesite when he's angry (which is often), and will (almost) always take his side. Cab had untied Charlie's shoelaces often enough for him to reform without them. Cab can talk, but he only does so if necessary or if he wants to.
He rarely ever has any deep romantic interest in anyone; he might not ever have any at all. Prefers to live a free life with his closest friends.
